Chez La Salopette®, on joue cartes sur table. Si ta commande a le moindre souci, on est là. On te la renvoie, on te la rembourse, on t’échange la taille ou la couleur sans prise de tête. Tu changes d’avis ? Tu regrettes ? Tu veux modifier ton point relais ? Tu t’es juste trompé ? Tu peux toujours compter sur nous.
On ne se cache pas derrière des bots ou des CGV de 4 kilomètres, on est là, pour de vrai. Et on répond vite. Parce qu’on sait ce que c’est que de galérer avec une commande.
Et pour être claire jusqu’au bout : oui, certaines pièces sont fabriquées à l’étranger, mais tout part de notre entrepôt à Miramas 🇮🇪, où on contrôle chaque commande avec soin. Pleine confiance, zéro blabla.

We chose sturdy, soft, breathable fabrics — from cotton to velvet to denim. We go for 280 to 320 GSM because we wanted pieces that last, that you don't throw away after three washes. It's heavier, higher quality, more genuine. And we believe it's these kinds of choices that make the difference today. After years of research, we think we've reached perfection on several of our pieces — but if not, we're always listening, and we keep improving! 😉
