⏱️ When do we ship your order?
At La Salopette®, we carefully prepare every order in our atelier in the south of France 🇫🇷. Shipping to the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 takes 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation, Monday to Friday.
If exceptionally an item is unavailable, we offer you the choice between waiting, exchanging or a full refund.

As soon as your parcel leaves our atelier, you receive a tracking link by email automatically. Follow your parcel in real time, right to your doorstep. 🚪✨

- Damaged parcel on delivery · refuse it from the courier and let us know.
- Parcel lost in transit · we investigate with Royal Mail and reply within 48h.
- Address change · contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellation · possible within 24h of purchase (if not yet shipped).
