Our Delivery Options

Standard Delivery : Free on all items on the site: €0 .

Express Delivery : Available for the LES CRÉATIONS collection and all items in the collection at the price of: €3.90 .

When will I receive my order?

Your order is shipped in 1 to 3 days . Our average delivery times are then 6 to 7 working days anywhere in the world.

In any case, if you do not receive your item within 30 days then we will refund you in full.

We do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.

What is the Express Collection? 🚚

For the Les Créations collection, we offer an express delivery service. If you are in metropolitan France, you will receive your items in just 2 to 3 working days . For deliveries to other countries in Europe, the delivery time is 3 to 6 working days .

Who delivers my item?

Your items are delivered via your local postal service .

If you have a tracking number that starts with YT , go to Parcel App: https://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking

If you have a tracking number that starts with 6A, LP or 9L , go to the La Poste website: https://www.laposte.fr/outils/suivre-vos-envois

What are the delivery times?

Items are delivered according to the terms of your local post office .

In case of non-receipt of the package...

Don't worry, our items will be left in your PO Box if they are small enough. Otherwise, your package will be left at your post office where you can collect it.

You will be alerted by your local post office to collect your item as soon as possible.

What to do if there is an error with the address provided?

No problem! If your order has not yet been sent, contact us immediately at: contact@la-salopette.fr and we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise , once an order has been sent from our warehouse, no further changes can be made. You will need to contact the local distribution center closest to you directly.

There are items missing from my order, what should I do?

Our products may be shipped separately depending on your order. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.

So don't worry if you receive one before the other. In the event that by any accident the order was never able to be completed, La Salopette undertakes to refund the item(s) in question.
