Legal period for the right of withdrawal

According to the laws in force, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal . You are not required to provide any justification, and no penalty will be applied. Once you have informed your decision to withdraw within this period of 14 days , you have an additional period of 7 days after communication of the return procedures to return the products concerned by the withdrawal. For customers in the United Kingdom, this statutory right of withdrawal is granted under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (SI 2013/3134).

Returned items must be in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions), thus facilitating their resale in new condition. If a depreciation of the product results from handling other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning, the customer could be held liable.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised by any means, in particular by post or by e-mail to contact@la-salopette.fr , clearly expressing the wish to withdraw and mentioning the order in question.

Once the withdrawal form or declaration has been sent to La Salopette , at the latest 14 days after receipt of the order , the products concerned must be returned to the address the return address within a reasonable time, and at the latest within 7 days following the sending of the withdrawal form or declaration.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (SI 2013/3134):
1. The day on which the contract is concluded (for services) or the day of receipt of the goods (for goods) is not counted as part of the 14-day cancellation period; the period begins on the following day.
2. Where the trader has not provided the consumer with the information on the right to cancel required by the Regulations, the cancellation period is extended by up to 12 months from the end of the initial 14-day period. **Refund :**
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, La Salopette will refund the sums paid (including delivery costs) no later than 14 days after receipt of your decision to withdraw, using the same payment method as that used for the order (unless you expressly agree to a refund using another payment method). This refund date may be deferred until you have recovered the product or until you provide proof of shipment of the product, whichever comes first. La Salopette is not required to refund additional costs if you have expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method suggested on our website.

However, in the event of total or partial payment by gift vouchers, these cannot be refunded in cash, by check, or by credit card. Reimbursement of purchases made by gift vouchers will be made exclusively in the form of gift vouchers for an amount identical to that paid in this form.
